POSITION:  INSIDE SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Able Orings & Seals Inc, a manufacturer and distributor of O-rings and industrial sealing products to the automotive, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. We are currently looking for self-motivated individuals for an Inside Industrial Salesperson.  Previous sales/customer service experience, as well as any technical aptitude, is preferred but not mandatory, with full training provided by the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for all aspects of customer service and account management
• Duties include fielding customer service call and inquiries, order entry, quoting,  and providing technical support.
• Building and developing strong customer relationships
• Working with the Outside Salespeople in a team environment to better service our customers

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires the following skills, including but not limited to, technical knowledge, strong communication skills and computer skills in a fast paced environment.  Highly organized with attention to detail is a must.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
The minimum requirement for this position is a College Bachelors Degree and some customer service experience is preferred.
